Quality Software Products (QSP) was founded in 1983 by Larry Flon and Ellis Horowitz.

They produced several products including:

• Q-calc, developed in 1983 it was a CRT-based spreadsheet program that ran under the UNIX operating system. Here are some descriptions
• Exclaim!, a graphical spreadsheet that ran under X-Windows
• MasterPlan, a project management system
• Maitre D', a floating license server

The company's products were sold worldwide through distribors in the: US, Benelux, Denmark, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. The company sold its product line to Island Software in 1993 and closed its doors. Below are some snapshots of advertising material describing the various products.
